A valid credit card is required when booking a esthetician appointment, we validate the cc and charge the card after your service is complete.
We require a 2 hour advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your esthetician appointment. If you cancel or reschedule less than 2 hours before your appointment time you will be charged a $65.00 late cancellation fee.
We understand that life doesn't always go as planned but being an appointment based business we must be considerate of all our appointments. Our appointments start promptly at the time scheduled, if you are running late this time may be deducted from your service. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to complete our intake forms.
If you are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms please call us to reschedule your appointment. If you come in for your appointment with symptoms we will NOT provide the service and you will be charged the $65.00 late cancellation fee
