Sinus Treatment Massage 30 min $60.00
This massage is customized for each client based on their sinus symptoms. This treatment combines a variety of modalities to help offer relief to clients who suffer from chronic as well as acute sinus issues. Massage to loosen neck tension, gentle cupping to release restrictions, manual lymph drainage to flush congested fluid from the face/head and explore any possible areas of compression or limited motion.
*Also available as an add on treatment to 60 or 90 min custom relaxation massage for an additional $15.00
Lymphatic Massage (MLD) 30 min $60.00
Our lymphatic massage (MLD-Manual Lymphatic Drainage) is a gentle, therapeutic technique designed to stimulate the body’s lymphatic system, encouraging natural detoxification and improving circulation. Using light, rhythmic movements, this treatment helps reduce swelling, support the immune system, and promote overall wellness. Many clients experience relief from fluid retention, bloating, and sluggishness, as well as a renewed sense of energy and balance.
Perfect for post-surgery recovery, boosting immunity, or simply giving your body a fresh start, lymphatic massage offers both relaxation and restorative benefits.

Hot stones:
Hot stones are a wonderful addition to massage, the warmth of the stones can help to relax and loosen up superficial tissue, even allowing the massage therapist to work deeper without having to use as much pressure as expected. Not to mention the heat of the stones can easily calm and relax almost anyone.
Cupping:
Cupping works in the opposite direction of massage, using negative pressure it pulls the many layers of soft tissue up and away from each other. with the use of plastic or silicone cups, the massage therapist can help release restrictions and even glide the cup across the skin to further relax the surrounding tissue. This modality can be very beneficial when added into a massage session; it's often a great compliment to deep tissue.
Aromatherapy:
Aromatherapy uses the natural properties of essential oils to help relax your mind and body. Combing the benefits of massage and aromatherapy can help reduce pain and discomfort, relive stress and anxiety and energize your body. Our 100% therapeutic grade essential oils are applied directly to your skin, utilizing carrier oil, during the massage. Our massage therapist will assist in determining which oils are best suited for your needs.

A valid credit card is required when booking a massage appointment, we validate the card at that time and will charge the cc after your service is complete.
We require a 24 hour advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your massage. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment time you will be charged 65% of the scheduled massage. To avoid this fee please provide cancellation/reschedule notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
We understand that life doesn't always go as planned but being an appointment based business we must be considerate of all our appointments. Our appointments start promptly at the time scheduled, if you are running late this time will be deducted from your massage time. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to complete our intake forms, these forms are linked below so you can print at home and bring the completed form with you.
If you are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms please call us to reschedule your massage appointment. If you come in for your massage with symptoms we will NOT provide the massage and you will be charged 65% of the scheduled massage.
At this time we do not offer prenatal massage, if pregnant please find a certified prenatal massage therapist.
