The Theme of this Mindfulness Workshop is "Slowing down". In today's society everyone seems to be trying to keep up with the pace of technology so everything is rush, rush, busy, busy, with no thought as to how this effects our health Physically, Emotionally & Mentally. This workshop we're going to do exercises that will help us center ourselves and operate from a Mindfulness perspective.
Starts at 3pm on Saturday, Feb. 9th. Ends at 4pm.
